Our Support Services
01.Family Stabilization & Support
Support for children, teens, young adults, and families focused on building confidence, emotional regulation, social skills, healthy relationships, daily living skills, and stronger family stability. Services may include center-based, community-based, and in-home support based on individual needs and eligibility.
02.Family Support Care – Respite
A safe and supportive respite service for children, teens, and young adults ages 5–21 that provides families with a trusted break from caregiving responsibilities while helping participants build confidence, emotional regulation, social skills, positive peer relationships, and greater independence through structured activities and community experiences. Part of our Family Stabilization Program Have Medicaid? Eligible families may receive Family Support Care at no out-of-pocket cost.
03.Community & In-Home Support
Personalized support for children, teens, and young adults at home and in the community. We help build independence, daily living skills, confidence, communication, social connections, and participation in meaningful community activities.
